A short update:
I’d planned to return today with a new Weekly Menu, but alas, life got in the way. After three years of avoiding it, the inevitable happened and Covid has come to our household. Everyone’s pretty much fine, but that means that instead of working on a new menu to share with you these past couple weeks, I’ve mostly been making various forms of chicken broth.
FWIW, a few frozen dumplings simmered in some Asian Style Chicken Stock is a panacea - if only a very temporary one.
I hope to be back in a week or two.

Sorry you’re not feeling well. Something tells me your dumplings and chicken stock are considerably better than mine made with Bisquick and canned stock. I hope everyone is back near 100% soon.
