Don’t worry despite a subversive urge to do an actual spring break menu, this isn’t a menu dedicated to cheap beer, cold pizza, and quick stop snacks. Instead I’m taking a couple weeks off to work on some new stuff, rest a bit, and try to avoid the inevitable burnout that comes with being human.
