Excited to make all of this! What kind of oil are you using in your fryer?

Usually canola because of it's high smoke temp and - honestly - low price. If I'm feeling fancy and know I won't have guests with allergy issues (i certainly won't these days), I'll use peanut oil.

Thanks! I found grapeseed in my stash and it came out heavenly.

I made the whole menu for dinner yesterday, it was a memorable night. We make a lot of pizza here, and your dough recipe was one of the best I've tried. I also couldn't believe how easy the sauces were to make!
