Hi Drew! What are your thoughts on replacing a cup of stock in the lamb shanks recipe with a cup of red wine?

Update: I made the recipe as written. The only thing I did that wasn’t stated was to smash the garlic cloves into the sauce and thicken it a little. I loved it
